Using a soap:
1. Soak
the soap in warm water
2. Get
an angled brush and try to get a cream(a thick cream from the soap) and put it
on the back of the hand
3. Go
with the soaked brush against the eyebrow’s hair- It saves the hair from
popping up
4. With
the finger press hard forward the eyebrows
5. Use
a cotton bud to clean the excess around the eyebrow
6. Continue
with putting the soap cream forward the eyebrows and pressing it with the
fingers after. don’t get any lumps in the eyebrows
7. Keep
smoothing off. The harder you press the more the soap gets in and smoother it
will get
8. Clean
the area around and make sure there are no huge lumps or bumps
9. Let it dry
9. Let it dry
To know:
ü This
kind of blocking the eyebrows with the soap is used a lot in the fashion world
because it is very easy and quick to take it off (with warm water)
ü While
building the eyebrows DO NOT rub them but pad them
ü If
you lift the model’s head slightly up, when building up the eyebrows, it stops
any liquid running down the face.
Using
a Prit Stick
1. Put
some Prit stick on the back of the hand. You have to work quite fast because it
dries quickly
2. Go
against the hair with the glue using a spatchler
3. With
the finger press forward the eyebrow
4. Continue
building up going forward the eyebrow
5. Working
with the glue can look a bit shiny under the base so powder it with translucent
powder and it will texture the eyebrow like the skin
How to
cover the eyebrows for natural skin:
Ø Mix up a sort of greasy rosy-pink color because it covers the dark colors
Ø DO
NOT rub it but stipple it
Ø Using
a soft brush or a sponge apply that greasy cream on the blocked eyebrows. It
helps to cover through the foundation
Ø Then
stipple on the base
Ø Powder
after you’ve done the rest of the face, pressing with an sponge slightly
v For
an Elizabethan look, use white Supercolor on a mascara wand and go down through
the eyelashes and then up

Personally I found it easier to build the eyebrows with the glue. It was easier because even if I had to work quite fast, the glue sticked the eyebrows better from my point of view.
